The new Modular system of Apollo for punching vertical with self-standing structure is supplied with one 10 tons capacity vertical punching head.

Punching vertical system:

It is a punching line designed and manufactured for the production of average sized material. Maximum sizes of the tubes:

  • 80X60 mm and Ø 60 mm.
  • Max. sizes of flat bars: 80X8 mm.

Quick changing of tools

It is built with a closed-loop structure that grants a long lasting to dies and punches and it is equipped with a quick changing of the tools, thanks to the quick-locking system.
The machine punches the end of the bars by performing precision holes in a single run through the machine, if equipped with the suitable tool.

Automatic bar feeder

We can deliver the automatic bar feeder ALX or “Speedy” that positions the bars automatically and that “guides” them during the punching step. The former one is quicker than the latter.
The new 2017 model of Modular with self-standing structure can be supplied in two lengths, in 2 or 3 meters and it is supplied ready for use.
